Quick start

There is no password. Enter your email, we send a one-time code, you paste it back.

If you were invited to someone else's workspace and you also own one, you get a picker after the code. Choose which workspace you are working in. You can switch later from the account menu.

First run walks you through a few short steps (your brand, your plan, and getting a platform connected) before dropping you at the dashboard.

The brand step is worth two minutes of attention. What you put in shapes every reply that gets drafted afterwards, and it is much easier than editing two hundred drafts later. You can skip it and come back. Reply Setup is where it lives permanently.

Go to Integrations and pick a platform. Each one asks for something slightly different:

• Apple App Store: an App Store Connect API key with an Issuer ID, a Key ID, and a .p8 file. There is an in-app guide with screenshots.
• Google Play: sign in with Google, then pick your apps. To post replies, that Google account needs Reply to reviews permission in the Play Console.
• Google Business Profile: sign in and pick your locations.

Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are coming soon.

Start with one. Let it finish its first sync before adding the next, so you can tell what came from where.

Setup detail per platform: Apple, Google Play, Google Business and social.

The first sync pulls a recent batch of reviews so the Unified Inbox is not empty. Each one is classified and, if it arrived in another language, translated.

Nothing is public yet. Drafting is separate from sending, and sending is off until you turn it on.

Open a review, read the draft, edit anything that is not how you would say it, and send.

Do this ten or fifteen times before you think about automation. Two things come out of it: you find out whether the brand voice is right, and you get a feel for which reviews you would happily let go out on their own.

In Preferences, turn on AI Drafts so every incoming review arrives with a reply already written.

Once the drafts read the way you would write them, turn on Auto Send for a single app, with a minimum star rating and a daily limit. Widen it from there.
