Privacy Policy

Your reviews and customer data are sensitive. This policy describes what AI Review Sensor collects, why, and how we keep it protected.

01Overview

AI Review Sensor (“AI Review Sensor,” “we,” “us”) provides an AI-powered review management platform that helps founders and teams collect, read, and reply to customer reviews across Gmail, the Apple App Store, Google Play, websites, and social platforms — with replies engineered to support ASO and SEO performance. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our website, beta program, or product, you agree to the practices described here.

02Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account data — your name, email address, company name, and role when you sign up or join the waitlist.
  • Connected review data — review content, star ratings, reviewer display names, timestamps, and related metadata imported from the platforms you connect (e.g., App Store Connect, Google Play Console, Gmail, your website, and social profiles).
  • Reply data — the responses you draft, edit, approve, or publish through the platform, including AI-suggested drafts.
  • Usage analytics — IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, and interaction patterns.
  • Communications — the contents of messages you send us and your email and subscription preferences.

03How We Use Information

We use your information to:

  • Operate the core service — aggregating reviews into one inbox and generating personalized, on-brand reply drafts.
  • Engineer replies that support your ASO and SEO goals, such as natural keyword inclusion.
  • Improve, secure, and troubleshoot the platform.
  • Communicate with you about your account, product updates, and support requests.
  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your connected review or reply data to train general-purpose AI models for third parties.

04Connected Platforms

When you connect a platform, you authorize access through that provider’s official authentication (such as OAuth) using the narrowest scopes required to read reviews and, where you enable it, publish replies on your behalf. We only publish or modify content with the permission you configure, and you can disconnect a platform at any time from your settings.

05AI Processing of Reviews

To draft replies, review text and limited context are processed by AI models. This processing is performed to generate responses for your account only. We do not permit your review content to be used to train general-purpose models for unrelated third parties. AI-generated drafts are suggestions — you remain responsible for reviewing content before it is published, as described in our Terms of Service.

06Sharing & Disclosure

We share information only:

  • With service providers (e.g., hosting, analytics, AI inference, email delivery) bound by confidentiality and data-processing obligations.
  • With teammates in your workspace, according to the roles and access you configure.
  • When required by law, regulation, legal process, or an enforceable governmental request.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, where the receiving party agrees to honor this Policy.

07Data Retention

We retain account information while your account is active. Connected review and reply data is retained to provide historical reporting and continuity of service. You may request deletion of your data at any time, and backups are purged on a rolling schedule after deletion.

08Security

We protect your data with encryption in transit (TLS), encryption of sensitive fields at rest, scoped access tokens, role-based access controls, and ongoing monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we will notify affected users and authorities of a breach as required by applicable law.

09Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, export, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

10Cookies & Tracking

We use a minimal set of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and measure aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.

If we transfer personal information across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
